Music for Running - Especially composed - The music is good!
During the just concluded Beijing Olympics one of the most frequently talked about aspects of a successful athlete’s performance was their excellent ‘rhythm’, whether it was athletics, swimming, rowing or any of the other sports. Samuel Wanjiru of Kenya ran the marathon in Olympic record time of 2:06:32. With perfect rhythm, he ran at a steady pace of 3:00 per km staying on that pace consistently the whole way. Not many people can aspire to be as good as Samuel, but run2rhythm can help us all run with a consistent pace over the journey, whether it’s for 1km, 5km or a marathon.
Genres include Electro Pop/Funk, Acoustic Guitar, Drum & Bass, Industrial, Fusion, Deep Funk, Electro Fusion, Inspirational, Techno Rock and Live Rock.
